Website information is not a project contract

Estimate requests

An online request starts a conversation; it does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, pricing, or availability. Any project TrueBuilt accepts will be governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. Pricing, timing, scope, permits, specialist needs, material availability, concealed conditions, and project-specific coverage are determined through that process.

Photos and information you submit

You confirm that you are authorized to provide the project information and photos and that they do not violate another person’s rights. Do not upload sensitive documents, payment-card information, unrelated people, unlawful material, or content that is not needed to review the project. You retain ownership of your photos; submission gives TrueBuilt and its service providers permission to process them only for the inquiry, project support, security, and legal needs described in the Privacy Notice.

Permits and regulated work

Requirements vary by location and scope. Regulated installation functions and licensed trades are performed or coordinated only when appropriate and by qualified providers. Website language should not be read as a claim that every permit, trade, inspection, or specialist is included in every project.

Guides and external links

Guide content is educational and may not reflect every product, property condition, manufacturer instruction, code, or local rule. External links are provided for convenience; TrueBuilt does not control those sites.

Acceptable use

You may not probe or bypass security, submit malicious files, overload the site, impersonate another person, scrape personal information, or use the forms for spam or unrelated solicitation.

Availability and liability
