TrueBuilt Home Services LLC (“TrueBuilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates truebuilthomeservices.com. This notice describes information handled through the public website. A contract or active project may require additional records and terms.

Information you choose to provide

The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, project description, requested timing, optional budget range, property city, ZIP code, optional street address, consent record, and up to ten optional project photos. A privacy request may include contact information and the request details.

Technical and security information

Cloudflare may process request data needed to deliver, secure, and measure the website, such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, security signals, and aggregated traffic data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general website activity, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, and interactions with the site. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide this service. We use this information to understand which services people are looking for and to improve the website; we do not intentionally send project descriptions, form-field contents, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or uploaded photos to Google Analytics.

You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or use Google's browser opt-out tools. We do not use the website analytics tag to send automated marketing messages or publish customer information.

Why we use information

• Review, respond to, and coordinate the project you asked about.
• Call, manually text, or email you about that project using the contact method you selected.
• Protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain reliable records.
• Respond to privacy, correction, access, or deletion requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your estimate consent is for manual project communication only. It is not consent to automated marketing texts, prerecorded calls, or an email newsletter.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare processes website hosting, security, database, private file storage, image normalization, queues, and traffic analytics. Google processes website analytics. Resend processes transactional email delivery. Other project-supporting providers may receive only the information reasonably needed to help evaluate or perform a requested project. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or publish uploaded photos without a separate written release.

Photo handling

Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket. Accepted image types are normalized to JPEG and processed to remove embedded metadata such as EXIF and GPS information. Private review links expire. A customer should still avoid uploading people, identification documents, financial information, or anything unrelated to the project.

Retention

Incomplete upload sessions are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Photos connected to an inquiry that does not become a project are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Other unconverted inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Records connected to accepted or completed work may be retained longer for project administration, warranties, tax, insurance, dispute, and legal needs. Backups and provider systems may take additional time to cycle out.

Your choices and requests

You may ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction, deletion, or an appeal of a prior privacy decision. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when the law permits or requires it. Submit the secure privacy form or email privacy@truebuilthomeservices.com. You may also call 940-255-6343. We aim to respond without undue delay and within 45 days when applicable.

Children

The website is intended for adults arranging residential services. Do not submit information about a child through the estimate form.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
